Met Wilson practiced with the Lane Powell firm for 40 years. He helped
clients and parties resolve business disputes through litigation and as a
neutral. He is AV rated. In August 2005, he established Wilson Dispute
Resolution so he could use his experience as a fulltime neutral. He has more
than 100 hours of formal training as a mediator and substantial additional
training as an arbitrator. He volunteers his services as a mediator in small
claims court and as a pro tem judge in circuit court. He is a member of the
mediation and arbitration panels of the American Arbitration Association,
FINRA Dispute Resolution, and Arbitration Service of Portland. He is
available for private engagements. He was named as an Oregon Super
Lawyer in Alternative Dispute Resolution for 2006. He is
certified as a professional mediator by the International Mediation Institute.
