Experience in investigations and consultations on alcohol and drug-
associated traffic accidents. Testimony in over 100 cases in civil and
criminal courts and arbitration hearings.
 
Laboratory Inspector for laboratory accreditation for the federal HHS
National Laboratory Certification Program, for the Forensic
Laboratory Accreditation program of the American Academy of
Forensic Sciences and for the laboratory certification program of the
College of American Pathologists.
 
Technical Director for Drugs of Abuse testing products, Diagnostic Products Corporation, Los Angeles, CA 1988-1993. Responsible for the research, development and marketing of immunoassay tests and quality control materials for drug testing.
 
Senior Forensic Toxicologist 1981-1986, Forensic Science Service,
Office of the Sheriff-Coroner, County of Orange, Santa Ana, CA. On assignment to the Home Office Forensic Science Service, Aldermaston, U.K. as a Fulbright Fellow, 1986-1987.
 
Published over eighty papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
