VTX's industry professionals have an average of 25 years of experience
securing inspection; consulting; litigation support, including expert
witness testimony and accident investigation; and construction
administration projects for various facilities. |

Our key staff are C.E.I. (Certified Elevator Inspector) certified by the
American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) in accordance with
ASME A17.1. Our principal, Patrick J. Welch, sits on three ASME
A17.1 committees and is chair of several design working groups for the
American Public Transportation Association (APTA) and IEEE
Standard 241. |
