The Objection! series of computer games is recognized throughout the country as an outstanding lawyer training device. It is approved for Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (CLE) in all states permitting home study (such as California and Florida). The simulations are unique. They provide courtroom settings; witnesses are asked questions as in a real trial. The player must instantly determine their propriety. If improper, players must select the appropriate objection. Examinations include direct and cross-examination, plaintiffs and defendants, experts and laypersons.

A simulated judge provides instant rulings, supported by detailed state and federal citations of law (both rules and cases) that are updated annually. Variations are in the billions. No identical sets of questions and outcomes will occur, regardless of how many times the player plays. Therefore, memorization won't help. Advancing requires skill and practice. The Series consists of separate games:
  • Expert Witness!
  • Classic Objection!
  • Autoneg Objection!
  • Slipfall Objection!
  • CivPro!
The Objection! series is fun. The games place you in a Perry Mason setting and focus on the trial itself and what you, as a trial lawyer should do as the questioning of the witnesses proceeds.
