  • For 12-years, Chaired the LVMPD'S Shooting Review Board and The Use of Force Review Board.  
  • To date, presented eight-hour seminar to over 4,000 federal, state and local law enforcement officers and administrators on Use of Force Liability Issues.  
  • For over thirty years, taught various entry level and in-service training classes to federal, state and local officers on: Defensive Tactics, SWAT Tactics, Patrol Procedures, Investigative Techniques, Supervisory and Management Responsibilities & Techniques, plus other police related topics.  
  • University & College Criminal Justice Adjunct Faculty Member and Instructor for over 25 years.  
  • Twice Chairperson and 12-year board member of The Peace Officers Standards & Training. (Post)
