For 12-years, Chaired the LVMPD'S Shooting Review Board and The Use of Force Review Board.

To date, presented eight-hour seminar to over 4,000 federal, state and
local law enforcement officers and administrators on Use of Force Liability
Issues.

classes to federal, state and local officers on: Defensive Tactics, SWAT Tactics, Patrol Procedures, Investigative Techniques, Supervisory and Management Responsibilities & Techniques, plus other police related topics.
