Currently Mr. Cavicchia holds various Top Secret Clearances as a Consultant in the fields of Executive Protection, Intelligence, and Counter Terrorism Training/Interdiction for the U.S. Department of Defense in the US Department of the US Army. He has advised senior cabinet level officials, police, and security/intelligence personnel in various countries in Central Asia, the Mid-East, Europe, South America, and Africa.

Mr. Cavicchia served as the Special Agent in Charge (SAIC) of a Criminal Investigative Division, in Secret Service headquarters, the Newark, NJ and Philadelphia, PA Field Offices during his career with the U.S. Secret Service.

Mr. Cavicchia has served on the protective details of six Presidents, four former Presidents, and as the Agent in Charge of protective details for Foreign Heads of State visiting the U.S. By Presidential Decision Directive, Mr. Cavicchia was placed in charge of Protective Operations for Pope John Paul II's visit to New Jersey. Again in 2000 a Presidential Directive named Mr. Cavicchia in charge of the planning and coordination for the security of the Republican National Convention in Philadelphia, PA.
