Staff Development Services helps clients assess, place and develop people
to achieve the optimum staff and have done so for 20 + years. We use proven
assessments for hiring, coaching, and organizational design or through
customized consulting services. We start with the premise that great law
firms have exceptional people and superior processes. Therefore, our work
begins by improving the firm's selection process. It continues by providing
coaching to existing employees and once the right people are in the right job,
we can begin upgrading the processes those employees use. |

Our consulting service improves existing personnel using highly skilled
coaches, by re-designing the organizational structure and modifying processes
to remove wasted effort. By utilizing one or a combination of these methods,
we are able to help companies and individuals develop into the best they can be. |

Most people find personal change very difficult. Often they do not realize the
changes they need to make and often have no idea how to go about
making needed changes. Through professional coaching, we help people
identify what character tendencies are reducing their career choices, and
then help them find methods to make those improvements. |

We have a 360 assessment, the Management Feedback System, that lets
managers, peers, and subordinates comment on a person with an in-depth
analysis of the results that provides enough information for major behavioral
modification to occur. The pinpoint accuracy of our reports can help develop
metrics for the individual to measure his or her progress. |

We provide clients with a low cost method of collecting online client
satisfaction surveys and can use our client survey results to benchmark with
other firms. |
