litigation for providers and consumers and a process designed to create
healthy work environments for healthcare professionals. This specialty
practice has developed from her in-depth experience of the healthcare
culture; it's values and perceptions. Her process provides the best
environment possible for each stakeholder to engage and productively
co-design a resolution based in accountability and for productive
communication in future relationship, professional satisfaction, and patient

As a Professional Registered Nurse, Kim, has a contract with society that is
found on an inherent trust based on a nursing core values of patient advocacy
and clinical expertise. This relationship is historically appreciated within the
