Carola Davis is an experienced financial professional, specializing in designing and structuring settlements for personal injury cases, clients with special needs, and taxable payouts to avoid higher tax brackets. She has more than 25 years of diversified insurance experience and 20 years specializing in annuity business. She is licensed in Life and Health, Disability, and Annuities. Ms. Davis is a member of The Financial Planning Association and a member of the National Structure Settlement Trade Association.  

John H. Davis is an experienced litigating attorney practicing since 1968 in areas of personal injury and product liability litigation.. He joined SETTLEMENT PARTNERS in 2002. He is AV Rated by M-H and a certified mediator, concluding over 1000 mediations. He served on the State Bar of Texas Grievance committee District 10 as Committee and Panel Chair, 1998-2004. A member of ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates), The Association of Attorney-Mediators, Texas Trial Lawyer's Association, San Antonio Trial Lawyer's Lawyers Association, San Antonio Bar Association, and State Bar of Texas.  

Carola and John Davis add value to the resolution of every case. They work with attorneys to effectively design and negotiate structured settlement annuities in a wide range of areas. Their personal experience with Special Needs Trust assists the attorneys in reaching settlement when SSI and Medicaid benefits are involved, with consideration to coordinating government benefits. They also assist the attorney in Capital Needs analysis, determining accurate distributions to meet the needs outlined in Life Care Plans and documenting the file with highest due diligence.
