Since 1995, Ron Rakich & Associates, Inc. has provided independent professional risk management and insurance consulting and expert witness services. Our resources include specialists in risk financing, loss control, claims, construction insurance, contractual risk transfer and other risk management areas. Our special focus is on construction risk management including consolidated insurance programs such as owner controlled (OCIP and contractor controlled (CCIP), also known as "wrap-ups." We also have expertise in workers' compensation alternative dispute resolution systems known as "carve-outs."

The firm is completely independent and has no affiliation or relationships with any insurer, insurance broker, insurance agent, or third party administrator. We do not sell insurance and receive all compensation from consulting fees. All of our consultants have experience as risk managers.
