Qualifications
Dr. John A. Budny, President, is a Board Certified Medical Investigator (CMI-IV) specializing in toxicology and causation of toxicity and adverse effects. He has an undergraduate degree in chemistry, an MBA in Business Management, a doctorate (PhD) in basic medical science (Medical Biochemistry) and over 35 years experience as a practicing toxicologist. He also has managed preclinical drug and biopharmaceutical developments and consults on new drug developments in addition to being an expert witness. He is a member of professional societies, has published in basic medical science journals and is on the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Toxicology. He has served as an expert witness throughout the US.
