I offer litigation support consulting services to the legal community in
accident investigation and reconstruction and have done so for more than 15
years. I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering with Metallurgy and a
Master of Architecture degree. I have specialty training from the University of
Southern California, school of engineering in accident investigation. I have
conducted many investigations and reconstructions for both plaintiff and
defense law firms. I have deposition and trial experience in both state and
federal courts. |

My background allows me to offer consultation and expert testimony in
several areas. The first area of expertise is aviation. I hold an Airline
Transport Pilot Rating and have an extensive background in aviation.
I consult regarding general aviation, ex-military aircraft, experimental aircraft,
flight operations, wreckage reconstruction, flight path reconstruction,
power plants, aviation metallurgy, etc. |

I am a licensed Architect, member of the American Institute of Architects and
a diplomat of the National Counsel of Architectural Registration Boards.
This certification allows me to be licensed in all 50 states and Canada by
reciprocity. I offer consultation and expert testimony in architectural design,
architectural engineering, building codes, stairways, walking surfaces,
lighting, ADA compliance, etc. |

My background in skiing and winter sports along my engineering
background has allowed me to qualify in court and offer testimony in the
areas of skiing technique, equipment failures, Ski bindings, skier and boarder
responsibility. |
|
|
In addition, I provide consultation in the area of hunting and firearms
accidents and incidents. I have expert qualifications in this areas and
intimate knowledge of this subject matter. |
