Ms. Riella has been performing small business valuations and litigation
support since 2001. She has rendered services in numerous matters including
business litigation, marital dissolution, estate and gift taxes, built-in gains
taxation and partner and shareholder disputes. Business sizes range from
$100k to $50,000K in a variety of industries. |

Ms. Riella has also served as a court appointed accounting and valuation
expert and referee. |

Ms. Riella has been deposed and has testified as an expert for both plaintiffs
and defendants in Connecticut's Superior Court System and Federal District
Court in Hartford, CT. |

Nancy Riella is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified in
Financial Forensics (CFF) as awarded by the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (AICPA). And is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA)
as awarded by the National Association of CVA's (NACVA). |

Ms. Riella is serving a 3 year term on NACVA's Litigation Forensics Board
and is currently President of the CT Chapter of NACVA. |

Appraisers (IBA) and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
