Entered a guilty plea to one count of Obstruction of Justice in connection
with involvement and subsequent investigation of the FBI's conduct at a
siege at Ruby Ridge, Idaho during the summer 1989.
- Sentenced to 18 months incarceration, 3 years probation and fined two
thousand dollars.
- Began sentence in the general population of the Federal Correctional
Institute at Jesup, Georgia on 12/1/1997.
- Transferred to the Federal Correctional Facility at Pensacola Florida and
released on 12/20/98. Served 3 months in a halfway house in Jacksonville,
Florida; paid all fines and completed probation.
