Dispute Resolution Training and Experience:  
      Serves as an Arbitrator and Mediator for several different forums, Mediator in the Commercial Division Supreme Court and Special Master; Arbitrator for Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, National Futures Association. Serves as Arbitrator and Mediator for Part 137 Attorney Fee Disputes in the First Department. Mediator, U.S. District Court, Eastern District, Bankruptcy Courts (Southern and Eastern Districts), U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; New Jersey Superior Court mediating many different types of cases; appointed Special Master/Mediator by the Appellate Division, First Department; also, Mediator, certified by the N.C. Dispute Resolution Commission to Mediate cases in their Superior Court Civil Division.  
 
      Leona Beane has completed extensive Mediation trainings (over 300 hours) with several different providers, most recently “Decision Tree Analysis”; completed over 200 Mediations.  
 
      Currently Vice Chair, New York State Bar Association's Dispute Resolution Section; previously Chair, Arbitration and ADR Committee at New York County Lawyers Association (4 years).
