related experience. Construction field experience embodies Government,
bio-pharmaceutical, food processing, power generation, university, hospital,
detention facilities, tenant improvement, K-12 education, military, airport,
research laboratories, community college, water/wastewater treatment,
manufacturing, high-rise, commercial, industrial, steel mill, and parking
garage.

Construction related experience includes program and project management, cost
control, scheduling, and schedule, cost, and project management professional
training.
|

|
|
Consulting and construction claims experience embraces analysis and
development of entitlement for schedule related and contract issues,
determination and proof of damages, contract dispute process management, and
final negotiation and resolution assistance. Claim project types in addition to
construction field include library, mechanical electrical plumbing [MEP],
Federal Acquisition Regulation [FAR]-defective specification, and Building
Information Management [BIM].

A201-2007 Independent Decision Maker [IDM], Dispute Resolution Board
[DRB], arbitration, mediation, and litigation support.
