James R. Vevaina, M.D.F.C.C.P. is a double Board Certified expert in
Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease and Sleep Medicine. He has been
elected a Fellow in the American College of Physicians, and the American
College of chest physicians. He is a published author, contributed to three
Books and numerous articles.

Dr. Vevaina was Editor in Chief of the best seller Legal Aspects of
Medicine, a book covering Cardiology, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical
Care Medicine. Trained at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York and Florida.

Dr. Vevaina is past president of the San Diego Pulmonary Society, a peer
elected position. He served as Acting Chief of Intensive Care at Flushing
Hospital Medical Center in New York. He is a Qualified Medical Examiner
for the State of California, and conducts Qualified Examinations, Independent
Examinations and Agreed Medical Examinations.
