James A. Walters is a 47 year Lawyer, who has tried cases in almost all
subject matter fields in Texas. Since the early 60's, he has up to this time
represented Banks, Colleges, Children, Homes, Businesses, and individuals in
practically all fields, including personal injury, employment law, probate
and guardianship cases.

Since the early nineties, he has mediated as a mediator over 1700 cases of all
types and has arbitrated personal injury, construction law, insurance disputes,
and various business disputes of almost all kinds and types.
|
|
|
|
From approximately 2004 trough 2007, Mr. Walters served from time to time
as a "Special Master by Agreement" in various District Court cases, including
church disputes, civil rights cases, and other disputes where by agreement, the
parties agreed to let Mr. Walters hear a case as "Special Master" upon order
of one District Court Judge.

In addition to mediating and arbitrating cases, Mr. Walters has served as an Administrator of ADR entities including Lawyer Mediation Services of Texas ("LMST") and "Greater Dallas North Texas and Tarrant County Pre-Suit Mediation and Arbitration Inc., recently chartered as a non profit public corporation. He has been rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell as a Lawyer, for a number of years.
