Over 35 years of industrial and academic experience in chemistry and chemical engineering. Mr. Rosen serves as an expert witness for attorneys and insurance companies, in both plaintiff and defense cases. He specializes in product liability matters and performs accident reconstruction, analysis/evaluation of personal injuries resulting from hazardous chemicals in household & industrial products, safer alternatives, warnings & instructions and labeling. Mr. Rosen provides strategic pre-trial technical planning and determines the origin and cause of fires and explosions relating to flammable liquids and other materials. He is experienced in product safety in design, formulation, packaging & handling, OSHA regulations and Codes & Standards. He provides consultation services for Intellectual Property Management, patent analysis/infringement and trade secret litigation issues. Mr. Rosen has consulted for hundreds of domestic and international corporations in the development, operation, technical marketing, safety and quality control of new and existing consumer, industrial and medical products.
