George Mann, Managing Director and Chief Appraiser of Collateral Evaluation Services, LLC, is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).. He has over 17 years experience as a review appraiser and was Chief Appraiser at two $100+ Billion financial institutions. He has personally reviewed over 3000+ commercial real estate appraisals in 35+ states.

George has extensive knowledge of Federal appraisal regulations and national appraisal standards. He is the most prolific author in the country on FIRREA(Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989) with numerous articles published in The Appraisal Journal and The RMA Journal. George is also an Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) Certified Instructor of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). He has been invited to speak on these topics at conferences and seminars presented by the Appraisal Institute, American Bankers Association (ABA), and Risk Management Association (RMA).
