Gene Bruno is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Disability
Management Specialist, and Certified Case Manager. He has been qualified
as an expert witness in California state and federal courts. |

assessment, including life care costs and loss of earnings analysis. Areas
of expertise include catastrophic case evaluation, i.e., traumatic brain
