with The Center for Forensic Economic Studies, Manager of New
Business Development at Warner Insurance Services, Inc. and Special
Deputy Commissioner in the New Jersey Department of Insurance. |

Dr. Freifelder was an Associate Professor of Insurance at Baruch College,
CUNY and The University of Connecticut. He published refereed
papers and a monograph on insurance ratemaking and related subjects.

Leonard R. Freifelder, Ph.D. earned Doctorate and Master's degrees in
Operations Research and Statistics from the University of Pennsylvania.
His Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science is from The Wharton School
