Dr. Richard L. Farber has over 40 years of professional educational expertise
preparing certified administrators and teachers in the United States and in
venues around the world. He presents workshops for
pre-service and in-service administrators and teachers. |

Dr. Farber is a full-time professor. He was Chairperson of the Department of
Educational Administration and Secondary Education for 22 years. His legal
specialty is educational negligence and liability. Dr. Farber has represented
both plaintiffs and defendants with an established record of substantial
settlements and jury awards. |

Dr. Farber has been awarded numerous legislative and Presidential citations.
He has been on several journal editorial advisory boards and was listed in
