Winston Elton is an experienced real estate appraiser, real estate finance, and
real estate market analyst specializing in complex litigation involving real
estate appraisal and valuation issues, particularly in the southwest U.S., and
with experience internationally in Canada, Mexico, and Mainland China. Mr.
Elton is also a land developer, homebuilder, and real estate investor, with
practical hands on experience dealing with subdivision, entitlement,
engineering, environmental and construction issues, as well as homebuilding,
marketing and finance issues related to a broad spectrum of real estate types.
Clients have included a wide array of prominent law firms throughout the
U.S., as well as developer and homebuilder clients, banks, investment groups,
insurance companies, pension funds and other private lenders. |

Real estate areas of expertise include office buildings, shopping centers,
retail, hotel, restaurant and resort projects, golf course communities, Master
Planned Communities, and individual single family, multi family, apartment,
and condominium projects, as well as specialty real estate such as
mini-storage, senior citizen projects, active adult communities, and
institutional facilities. Mr. Elton has done major projects with the U.S.
military, major New York bank consortiums, and large insurance companies
and pension fund real estate investments. |

with a wide diversity of plaintiff and defendant clients. Mr. Elton has been
deposed over 100 times, and has appeared at trial over 50 times. |
