P.E., CPE. This organization of experienced safety, engineering and training
professionals is dedicated to the study of fall hazards and training those at
risk how to avoid danger. DSC has trained over 20,000 managers and workers
in fall protection techniques and procedures since 1970. |

DSC/Ellis Litigation Support offers the services of highly experienced expert
witness testimony and reports for plaintiffs and defendants that followed good
fall protection practice but had an incident that requires skilled litigation
support. |

The DSC/ELS team is headed by Dr. J. Nigel Ellis, who has hundreds of
cases of experience of serious injury and death due to falls as an expert
consultant. The nature of injury and site of injury often requires more than
one expert and DSC/ELS is skilled at putting together a variety of experts
in different specialties who can complement each other to resolve a complex
