Collaborating with ATLA/Trial Lawyers Care, Frankenfeld developed a

loss tool for claimants to the $7 billion September 11th Fund. Trained
in communications and marketing, Frankenfeld presents crisp, persuasive
testimony. Educated at Harvard (MBA '75) and Yale (AB '70), Frankenfeld
was an Archibald Bush Foundation Fellow. Plaintiff engagements include
H & R Block ($262 million nominal value) and Microsoft ($1.1 billion
