Dr. Lee E. Branscome, President, holds a Ph.D. in Meteorology from
M.I.T. He served on the faculty of the University of Miami for several
years and has published many technical articles on weather and climate.
Dr. Branscome has served on the National Research Council's Climate
Research Committee, as Chairman of the Board of C.C.M.s of the
American Meteorological Society, and as president of the National
Council of Industrial Meteorologists. He has performed meteorological
research for industry and government and has testified in numerous
cases involving aviation, marine, tropical and severe weather. |

Joycelyn C. Branscome has a M.S. in Ocean Engineering from the
University of Miami and served as Chief Consulting Engineer for the
South Florida Water Management District before joining CCC. She has
considerable experience in water resource engineering, stormwater and
flooding issues. |

Dr. Douglas A. Stewart has a B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in Meteorology from
the State University of New York, M.I.T., and University of Miami,
respectively. He has numerous publications on air quality, weather
prediction and computer modeling of the atmosphere. |
