Dave Chambers has been assisting government attorneys with witness demeanor preparation since 1987. Having consulted on over 300 trials, his service specializes in the preparation of government defense witnesses facing civil litigation. Beyond consulting, he has written about the unique and difficult issues confronting police-defendants preparing for trial. A graduate of the University of California, he has a master's degree in counseling with an emphasis in behavior modification and communication theory. He is licensed by the state of California as a family therapist.  

Mr. Chambers relies upon behavior and communication expertise to teach witnesses the impact demeanor has upon deposition and jury trial testimony. His service helps witnesses control difficult emotions and use their demeanor to offer the most genuine and effective deposition and trial testimony possible. The goal of the service is to compliment and protect the attorney's substantive witness preparation, by addressing the emotions and demeanor that determine a witness's ability to testify effectively, when it counts.
