Alford Sinclair has more than thirty years experience in commercial |
|
banking. Starting as a management trainee with what is now Bank of |
|
America, he rose to City Executive in that organization. |
|
|
His broad experience in operations, lending, and general management led
to bank turn-around opportunities in Alabama, Tennessee and Florida,
where he became Group Executive Vice President of First Union
National Bank of Florida before leaving to start his own bank
consulting, real estate brokerage, and mortgage brokerage firm. His
award-winning writings have been extensively published by Robert
Morris Associates and other financial publications; he has taught at
several banking schools, and has extensive experience as a seminar
speaker and leader.

He presently serves as a Board Member of one of Florida's leading
|
|
independent banks. Sinclair's litigation consulting practice has included
|
|
consulting and banking expert witness work on behalf of several leading
|
|
banks and other large financial organizations, as well as a number of
|
|
cases representing both small and large clients who were suing or being
|
|
sued by banks. He has served national and international clients in a
|
|
great variety of venues.
