Since 1997, David has specialized in business valuations for small
businesses, under $5 million in annual sales, and has completed over 100
valuations. His valuation reports have been accepted and used in litigation
cases involving estates, matrimonial dissolution, wrongful death, and
disputes among shareholders and partners. He has been recognized as a
business valuation expert and testified in courts in a number of counties
in Pennsylvania. |

David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who is Accredited in Business

by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). The CVA is awarded by the
National Association of CVAs (NACVA). |

(NJSCPA), the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts
