Beechwood was founded in 1979 to provide post acute services to individuals
with an acquired brain injury. Since its inception the program has provided
residential and day treatment. |

Our mission is to enhance independence for individuals who sustain a brain
injury. We embrace this guiding principle through personalized care and
comprehensive rehabilitation programs. Beechwood also recognizes and
respects the needs, desires and rights of those we serve, their families and
funding representatives, as we strive to fulfill their expectation of a quality
brain injury program. |

Admissions Criteria: 18 years of age or older and medically stable. |
|
|
|
Services are provided on either a long term basis or transitionally. |
|
|
|
Beechwood is an affiliated service of Woods Services, a not for profit facility. |
