Thomas Tarter, Managing Director of The Andela Consulting Group, Inc. is
responsible for its: (I) Business Reorganization Consulting and Financial
Restructuring Group, and (ii) Expert Witness and Litigation Support Group.
He has extensive knowledge of how banks and related financial institutions
operate. With more than 35 years experience Mr. Tarter has acted as CEO,
Director, and Senior Loan Officer. He has testified: AAA, Bankruptcy, State
and Federal Court. Expertise in bankruptcy - interest rates; banking-
lending and operations; checking accounts, credit cards, forgeries and
embezzlements; identity theft, real estate lending including residential land
acquisition, development and construction loans; commercial lending;
consumer lending; TILA; auto leasing; lender liability issues; mortgages and
predatory lending and loan servicing; credit damages, letters of credit; loan
commitments; guaranty demands; appraisals and valuations; and shareholder-insider transactions. |

Thomas Tarter was a founder of Bank of Los Angeles and Hancock Savings
and Loan Association. He has also served as a director of several corporations
and non-profit organizations including: (I) Western States Bankcard
Association, (ii) Sunshine Makers, Inc. d/b/a Simple Green, (iii) Los Angeles
Bankruptcy Forum, (iv) First Alliance Mortgage Corporation (during
bankruptcy). Mr. Tarter was appointed by the United States Bankruptcy
Court - Central District of California to its panel of mediators. Mr. Tarter
received a BS from the University of California at Los Angeles and MBA
from Santa Clara University. |
