Jan Mills Spaeth, Ph.D. Since 1980, Dr. Spaeth has worked in all
aspects |

of trial consulting, has written on legal issues, and published DVDs on witness preparation with the American Bar Association. She has been a seminar presenter for legal organizations, including ATLA, and an educator.
She possesses a Master's Degree in Communication, and
a Doctorate in Psychology. She is a member of the American Society of
Trial Consultants and the American Psychological Association.

Rosalind R. Greene, J.D. is a licensed attorney in Arizona and an adjunct |

professor at the University of Arizona. Her B.A. degree was in Communication. Prior to consulting with AJR, Ms. Greene practiced with
Snell & Wilmer in general litigation, emphasizing product liability. She worked in mediation, having been a Judge Pro Tempore Settlement Master, and a mediator with JAMS/ ENDISPUTE. She has been a seminar presenter. She is a member of the
American Society of Trial Consultants, the State Bar of Arizona, and the Arizona Women's Lawyer Association.
