Harold J. Bursztajn, M.D., Harvard Medical School Co-Founder of the Program in Psychiatry and the Law and Associate Professor, is distinguished in direct patient care, teaching, and research. He often consults to and leads multi-specialty expert teams in clinical and forensic analysis in a variety of areas of expertise. He consults to plaintiff and defense counsel, insurance companies, and state and federal agencies as an expert in general and forensic psychiatry, medical malpractice, and professional ethics.
