Our QA begins with finding and qualifying translators who are not only native speakers of their target languages, but also experts in the subject matters they would be translating. Our project managers assign projects based on maximum translator competence. We make certain our translators have access to the most current glossaries and up-to-date dictionaries. Also, we make available pertinent advice from other subject matter experts to our translators. We apply the SAE Recommended Practice J2450 (Translation Quality Metric) to measure the correctness of our translations. All translations are proofread by another linguist, before they are delivered to our clients.  

Our annual self-evaluation surveys show that our quality persistently ranks  within the 98th percentile, while our pricing ranges near the 34th percentile of the cost spectrum.
