ACTForensic.com, Inc. is licensed by BSIS as Private Investigators (#25889).
We carry all of our own insurances. We are an Orange County based
Computer Forensics and eDiscovery Consulting company. We do custom
programming to Data Mine information from current and legacy systems. |
All of our small case data acquisitions and investigations are done in-house.
We have our own state of the art equipment and our own staff. Work is done
at our Laboratory facility located in Lake Forest or on site. |
Our staff has years of experience in both the Law Enforcement and the
Private sectors. S. Robert Radus, Director of Forensics, is a CPA, CFE, and
PI. We are members of the California Society of CPAs, CALI, and the ACFE. |
We work directly with our clients on Preservation Letters, eDiscovery
requests, and assisting other service providers in large case e-data capture.
We can examine data and assist in classifying and searching for evidence.
Mr. Radus has testified as an Expert Witness in Los Angeles and Orange
Counties. |
We can serve as a "Neutral" for the parties and gather data from both sides.
We can give the data collected from each side for their own "privilege
review," re-acquire the data, and then give it to the opposing party for their
evidence review. As a "Neutral," we are appointed by the court, under an
agreement with the parties. This allows us to be totally independent and
provide each party with fair and objective information. |
It is very important to have us come into the case very early. Opposing parties
to an action may have records retention and destruction policies that will
delete the data you are looking for if you wait too long. Also, the courts will
not allow unrestricted requests for data. Your Data Request must be
clear and
precise the first time with one or two follow ups for information not provided
originally. |
